1. Winners of the HOTM contest will be listed on the message board each January.  Residents will vote for their choice for the NWRC Horse Of The Year.

2. Voting will be done like the HOTM contest.  One vote per Resident with the voting spanning 1 to 2 weeks.

3. Horse that registers the most votes will be named the NWRC HOTY.

4. 500 credits or a horse of their choice from the "Prize Pool" will go to the trainer that owns the horse transferred to the stable of their choice.
