Message Board updates

I am working on updating the message board to the newest version, mostly for security/spam reasons. But while I'm looking at it, I may had some new plugins or maybe even give it a new theme.

Just an FYI in case you see the forum up/down or different in the near future. If you are familiar with PHPBB3 and have some plugins you think would help in the forum, let me know.
