Winter Equnics - Endangered Species

As part of the Equinics, we need to name a race and provide a write-up. The game MB says one animal, but the email I got asked for two. This year's theme is endangered species.

Is a member of the rez interested in picking one and writing something up? I'll reward you with credits or horse from the pool.

I found this article highlighting endangered animals in the Northwest of the US as a useful starting point. Figure if we are "Northwest Racing"... would be a good place to start, ha!
