Upgraded the forum...

In case you are curious what is going on, I am in the process of updating the forum. Thus things may at times look out of sorts visually, but hopefully nothing is broken content wise.

It's been 2-3 years since I last upgraded the forum to the latest versions, so it was needed.

I will post when I'm done making the updates.
