This residency is SO disengaged

Obviously, I can only speak for myself. For the first time since I joined the sim 8 1/2 years ago, I'm really struggling getting my entries done. In fact, for the last two months, I have not finished them even one week. This week, I have a staggering 193 horses running because I finally found some time. Long story short, It's nothing that's being done wrong here. It's strictly real life issues. I think you do an awesome job here.

It's understanding people getting discouraged about the lack of participation by residents. Will, have you ever tried emailing those who never participate to question why? Maybe this would shed some light on what they are thinking and how to get them to be more active.

Personally, like everyone else, I try to be involved in most contests, but there are a few that I don't because I feel like there isn't enough time to do everything. I rarely find time to scour the claiming races for horses to claim (which I really enjoy doing and have had great success with in the past).

All in all, I think Will does a great job of keeping the NWRC going. I know I wouldn't be able to do what he does.
