Northwest Racing Circuit

I will again try to run the NWRC Tour contest.

I added a new twist and also changed the length of the contest.

hey Will! Glad we are having the Tour again. I think the new way of picking teams is very interesting and will be fun. I will have to disagree with you (nothing personal of course) on the length of the contest. I always think that the players not of to a good start will drop out and lose interest on a shorter schedule. Just a thought.
