Where are the 'Ladies of the NWRC'?

Where is Snowchief (Sharon) and squirrel (Tracy)? I see Sharon running horses, but she is not active on the MB's or in the BTB. Tracy I guess is busy running her rez. Sharon and Tracy were big helpers around here as well, so both of them becoming inactive hurt on an administrative side, but I'm doing my best to handle day to day operations myself.
Is/was always nice to have a ladies perspective around to keep us men in check.
Of course, last and of course NOT least, we have Roys running around here still. Roys is a big part of the residency in front of and behind the camera so to say.
