2 Year olds - Lay Off

Post by Ron »

I have run into a situation that I have not had in the four plus years that I have been in the Sims

In week 4239 I sent four 2 year olds out and two of them came back Lay Off :?

In the passed I have had all my horses set at Jockey Select... however in the last couple of months I have changed the horses that are running less than 8 furlongs to 1.00 Lead...

Has anyone else had the same problem with their 2 year olds :?: :?:

GRAND SLAMER(KY)

HARD SECRET(KY)

Any and all feedback will be greatly appreciated

Ron :)

Not unusual at all to have 2yos come back needs rest or layoff. just rest them for 8-10 weeks and they'll be good to go.

yeah it happens had it happen a few times myself last year. Don't worry it's still early in the 2 yo season. I find it generally takes 3-4 races for the two year olds to get going

Don't worry-I have found that as the season moves along that there will be a much lesser chance of that happening. :D
