Northwest Racing Circuit

If you hadn't noticed, I started making updates to the NWRC website the other day. Bare with me as things may change often as I pick a direction to go with the look and feel. Right now I'm updating the templates to new code (mobile-friendly), so the look isn't changing much yet.
