Forgive my ignorance, how do I transfer a horse into a holding stable?

Also for my 2 horses. Here are 3 I would like in order allowing for ladyracer to take 1 first. Hate seeing these 4yo's age out in the hold.

1. More of a Song
2. Rock Don't Cry
3. Star of Hill

To transfer a horse - send it to the farm and then scroll down to where it says transfer and put in the stable you want to send it to.
