Back to well with our 2yo Dirt Route Horse of the Year. 1st start of 2025 will be in the G2 Sleepy Fan. Why a G2, well, let's be honest. His 4 wins from 7 starts came at 7 , 6 , 8, and finally 13/1 in the BB Juvy. I slammed in one last start trying to finish year #1 rated and he came up short in the Movieland Futurity. Not super well bred at all, so I sent him to lop shop and gave him a little time off. With 164 points to start the Derby trail, I don't need to win a g1 to get there so I see no reason to smash him up against all those quickly improving $35 in credits bluebloods now entering the mix.
That said, even this G2 isn't light and we aren't even the favorite here. The class is undeniable, the blood says in over his head. Me, I just want to see if I am on the trail of if it is simply time to enjoy my EOY badge and start picking spots of the main path.

lol..the funny thing is that my 10/1 won this race and paid $40 lol...i picked the wrong horse smh..
