#7 Nada Surf 10/1
My washed out 2yo champ is also in the G3 event, but I am liking Nada Surf with a shot here. After 2 meh races to start his career, he was garnered 4 wins and 3 seconds in his last 3 races. He was led at the 3rd call in his last 8 races as there is speed to burn in this one. There is only 1 other real speed type in the 14 horse field, but that one may have the better PP but has spit the bit on a couple occasions. Hoping that one quits and Nada Surf gets Popular and gets to line before the closers can get him. One way or another, with the fractions, expect the highest 3yo dirt speed figure yet thus year to come out of this race.
