Officially welcome new resident Rharfo

Please welcome Rharfo (aka Roscoe) to the residency. Rharfo is a big name around the sim-world and we welcome his addition.
Roscoe will be bringing 21 stables to the residency. Please everyone welcome him and answer any questions he may have.

Anyways hope you like the res. It's gotten a little quiet around here as of late but there's some people who post on these forums. Anyways best of luck and I hope you enjoy your time here
