Northwest Racing Circuit

This is pretty easy and you don't have to do much except let me know when the thing runs and I will put a thread up every week so even that won't be hard. Here is the contest.

Everyone will breed a 2 YO by one or both of the selected sires that stand in Washington state. No more than 2 entries per person. I have to keep it managable because I don't do programing which means I have to keep track of things by hand - race by race.

The contest will start the first Saturday in April and the first day the 2 YO's may be raced is April 2nd. You will have until the end of October to win as many races as you can. You can run them any day of the week and as often as you want until Oct 29th. I chose October so the contest winner would have a chance to breed another 2 YO this year.

You can breed your horse using any dam sire or DDS that you want and you can run your horse at any level, but points will only count as long as you own it and once it leaves your hands - the horse is out of the competition so don't claim it back and expect to continue earning wins! I will ask you to post on the mb the race number your horse is entered in each time so I can keep track without too much fuss.

800 credits will go to the winner. If there is a tie it will be broken by most money won.

Question...what if 10 residents want to do this, but you can only breed 2 horses per/week. If you want multiple entries would need to wait 5 weeks or so correct?

Will, I think if we get more than 10 people, they can just enter late. The contest will start, as stated, on April 2nd. I doubt that any late entrants would be at much, if any dissadvantage, by allowing them to breed a horse on into April. There are just too many varients to 2 YO racing. You just can't run them that often.

I usually don't run mine more than 4 or 5 times, then just put them away for the year (if they are any good )
