Question #1: Which prize offering do you prefer?

NWRC offers credits and horses of varying degrees based on the contest.

Usually harder/more challenging/longer lasting contests get more credits awarded.

But sometimes folks like guaranteed stuff like credits, as sometimes horses don't pan out.

So which do you prefer?

My vote was for horses too.

Used to be a regular credit buyer, but never really got into the BIG credit breedings, and likely never will! And do not agree whole heartedly with bid racing scheme, but, and I quote "if it helps fund the sim and line Mike's pockets it MUST be good" So all that said, what would I really need credits for?

Love getting a prize pony delivered as it is more likely to be a breeding that I would not choose myself.

I agree completely with Rharfo although I do breed some credit breds and bid races once in awhile. I like the horses idea because it provides me if and when I win which is very rarely lol a pony with breeding I would likely not choose myself. Plus it gives a goal to play for... 500 credits or such is just too ordinary.

I'm with the two guys above---getting a new horse is much more fun than a few credits. I have found a lot of new sires that I wasn't using through prize horses over the years. Plus the challenge of doing well with a prize horse is always--well, a challenge.

Horses for sure...I have gotten quite a few decent ones and all are winners at various levels as high as ALW with SP over 100.
