2nd time in 4 months that this stable has won TOTM.

Going forward, this stable will not be eligible to win TOTM because the owner has never posted, let alone created an account on this or the old forums. Plus the owner never claimed a prize from it's last win.

I'd prefer this go to members who are active here. It's one thing to post occasionally, it's another to NEVER post.

Well, I agree. I think that inactive stables should be dropped and should not win prizes. However, a smarter move might be to send this person a pm to his major stable, maybe from the game's main message board about the win, and see if we couldn't get him back in the fold and more of a participant in the residency. It might cost us the prize this time, but tell him that this is the last time he will be notified and must be active to win. If he never comes back we won't be put into this picture again.

Maybe prizes should have a time limit in which to be picked up or they move to the next person.

I had touched base with this person (kirby?) via the sim MB back about a year ago or so. And his response was that he puts stables in different places, but doesn't participate in any of the residencies.

If a stable supports the rez AND make the minimum races with a majority of there NWRC stables, I will keep the stable in the Div Challenge contests, but I think TOTM needs to have a slightly different set of rules. The past 3 or 4 rounds of the div challenge I've been dropping lesser active stables/residents into the rookie division of the Div Challenge, so there is still some reward should those stables/residents become more active. Yet they don't take away from the more active residents.

I don't expect people to post 10 times a week (although wouldn't mind ), but some activity is a reasonable request if you hope to take the rez's credits.

Because to be honest, why support a rez if you don't participate? Sure as a greedy rez owner, I'll take any credits we can get from your stables, but I'd rather have an active core winning prizes and such.
