Derby Lock race runners

Post by sledge4 »

This weekend 3 NWRC'ers have a horse in the Corkscrew Stakes -- Derby Lock Prep.

Myself - Foozball (11300016919)
Josh - SPIN IT UP (11300003450)
Jeremy - ELITE SENSE (11300014411)

Anyone else get a horse into the Derby yet?

Good luck to everyone!

Will

I didn't know J Dizzle was you. He has been one of my top-3 jocks in the game for years. Under the radar in my opinion (yes, i think Jocks do matter).

You get me a win and we go to the Derby together!!

my jockeys.

J.Dizzle=OR
J.Dawg=WY
H.Head=KY
B.Tate=SPA

i think jocks do matter too......i have horses in 8 stakes races this week and J.Dawg passed up 3 of my horses that i think will run top 3 to ride my 16/1 horse at a shorter distance then he normally run and on an off track...now that horse only miss the board 2 times out of 12 races and ran 3rd on an off track 2 out 2.........

I guess J.Dawg went with the best odds to hit the board and the 2 for 2 off track can into a factor too....thats why im playing the 16/1 as my long shot pick for this week......

Foozball and Spin It Up both put in good efforts, both finishing within 4 lengths of the lead. My horse looks like he may still enjoy a little more ground which would be fun, as I really haven't had a stakes-level horse running 10f+ on dirt. All my stakes-level distance horses have been turfers (my dirt stakes horses have topped out at 9 furlongs). I'm sure this says something about my breeding program, but I'm just not smart enough to figure out what to change. :lol:
