New TOTM link + tweaks

Happy to share the new link to the Trainer of the Month (TOTM) contest created by Tom (jacklad). The link is also accessible on the homepage of the residency.

Please note that I have made some tweaks to the scoring with this new system. The old scoring system was inherited from Yoss and after seeing it in action for the 18 months or so we used it, it seemed to be weighing too much on the Graded wins and not enough on the every day type races that the majority of this residency find their success in. I will monitor this new scoring and if things look out of line, then we'll make tweaks.

Also, a nice little feature Tom added is below the standings where it shows all horses that earned started a race and in-turn earned points for the months.

And finally, I believe all stables are automatically included in the scoring. I no longer need to manually add the stables to be tracked. As long as your stable is marked to support the NWRC, it should be included if it earns points. Tom can correct me if that is wrong...?

Yes... The new system is not automatically updated like the Yoss system was. It will be weekly/bi-weekly when I send the game extracts to Jacklad. Those extracts are only available once a week.
