NWRC Prize/Unused Horses

I am looking to rebuild the Prize Pool of horses for future contests, but looking for opinions on what to do with older horses (4yo+) that not been given away.

I moved all of the 4YO+ horses to one stable. Should I...

Keep them in the Pool?
Put them in Auction?
Breed the females?
Run races with them to gain points and/or breeding cards?

Let me know your thoughts or if you have a different suggestion.

OK I'm a newbie here but here is my opinion.

Keep them in the Pool? - No (doesnt look like anyone wants them or they would have been taken by now)
Put them in Auction? - No (cash means not a lot in the sim especially for a residency)
Breed the females? - No (this is just my opinion don't think the breeds are good enough just my opinion what do I know eh?)
Run races with them to gain points and/or breeding cards? - Definately (If you have stables that you use for breeding points for prizes transfer them there, because they are quite old should find easy wins and BP's.)

After looking at them I say run them and get BP

run all the horses in claiming races for the BP.

Happy for them to be sent to the NWRC2 stables where they will be raced and earn bp's solely for the NWRC prize pool.

Got a tidy sum of BP's sitting there already, looking for a boost and a few prizes ponies before too long.
