New Trainer of the Month contests start Sept 1st

I will be rolling out the new trainer of the month (TOTM) contest(s) starting Sept 1st.

All "active" members of the residency will be eligible to compete for prizes.

Points will only be accrued at NWRC affiliated tracks (see list here).

I do need to update the rules as the tool doesn't allow for me to match what we had done in the past. So still working out additional details on points and prizes, but that should be ironed out by the start. Old rules here.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
