Divisional Challenge returns

For our long time members, you'll remember this, but I am bringing back the Divisional Challenge. This is only possible due to the support I've been getting with the horse prize pool and the new members we have received recently, bringing in more credits from the game to help support it.

The Divisional Challenge is similar to the TOTM in that each stable earns monthly points, except this will run over 3 months and be split into 3 groups. This used to 5, but don't have the stables/credits to support that breakdown at this time.

Tom has been running numbers for over a month (using 3 months of past data) and I will roll it out once I lock in the prizes.

Group 1 (Elite) > Top 25 stables over the past 3 months
Group 2 (Master) > Next 75
Group 3 (Pro) > Remaining stables (approx 117)

The contest will reset every 3 months based on the stats over the previous 3 months.

This contest helps some of our smaller stables/members compete for prizes that simply can't compete with the "stakes" stables in the TOTM and also rewards residents for using NWRC-affiliated tracks.

Again, as this is completely credit and prize pool powered, if those go down, then I will need to re-evaluate at that time, but hopefully we can sustain or continue growing.
