#7 Puy De Sancy 5/1
Of the 5 stakes runners I got going this weekend (not normal), I only bred one of them and 3 of them came via claim. This is one of those claims although I have no idea what this super bred 2yo was doing in claiming races. He was claimed 2 back but the new owner thought he was gonna be fancy and run him in a 100k claimer right back. So 200 BP later he is in my stable, but ran a huge race against a small field running clear by 14 lengths.
The breeding is not the win early type so this guy has 6 races under his belt, and I am wasting no time trying to have him sneak away with a G3 win 1st off the claim. Price is not great, but its a full field so hopefully with a win the payoff will be okay.
