Read on the DRF site about a new commitment to promoting horse racing on TV, and other areas.

On a local horse racing blog last year around the breeder's cup he asked what things should be done to increase popularity and I posted that they needed to be on TV more and also should create some sort of racing competition similiar to what Nascar now does and also golf with there new playoff formats. not taking credit, but glad people are finally trying.

Although tv was the start of losing attendence at the track, I agree they do need to get it out in front of this stay-at-home-to-play generation. The more people that see it the better.
