I've been thinking the past couple weeks about whether or not to run it. Our share of credit income from the sim has been down about 100 credits per/week on average due to lack of active residents running horses and my ability to assist with purchasing credits is slim to none after being laid off from work in May.

To run every race how we have been, we need 35,000 credits. Mike last year gave us 15,000, so we need approx 20,000 credits. We are short about 5,200 credits to due the lack of credits earned.

I don't think we can earn say 15,000 credits to run it in it's current format.

The option would be drop purses/races.

Everyone can feel free to comment.

My 2 cents for this year would be to run like 6-8 of the more popular, I don't think there is a need for 3 route races on the dirt for older horses, I think if you run a good variety of races on the dirt & turf as well as a couple of F&M races it would be well attended and worthwhile.
Something like this:
2yo Dirt route
2yo Turf route
3+ Dirt Sprint
3+ Turf Sprint
3+ Classic
3+ Dirt route for Mares
3+ Turf route for Males
3+ Turf route for Mares

How much would is cost to bid these races with $250,000 purses?

I would definitely donate at least 500 credits to the cause even if it was run at a reduced capacity

I like this suggestion. Let us know if this group of races would be feasible.

You are looking at 20,000 credits (8 x 2500).
