I'm working on the new divisions for the next challenge now. Couple things to note...

The next edition of the challenge will be again 15 weeks, and it will return to 13 weeks (quarterly) next year. Wanted to get it to be a true quarterly contest.

Also, all member stables who are not active in and around the sim will continue to be placed in the rookie division of the challenge.
