Anyone may breed a horse and donate it to the NWRC to be given away.  Just breed the horse and transfer it to one of our holding stables (gobabygo, indeath2, nwrc, zeekjb).  Make sure there is room in the stable.  Only 10 horses are allowed in the stable.  Email me before you breed the horse.
